More Delivery Info –
At KP Studio we believe in better, so all of our orders are dispatched using eco friendly or recycled packaging materials.
If your parcel is of much heavier weight, we may contact you separately to amend the delivery charge.
Deliveries outside the EU occasionally require additional duty fees, which you’ll need to cover when you receive your items.
Purchases made on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Gift Wrapping –
We offer a free gift wrapping service that can be selected at the checkout. There is also an option to leave a personal message for the recipient of the order. Just add into notes section on checkout.
Returns –
Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once you have your placed your order.
