Lifestyle ceramics inspired by nature, family & memory

Marrying a lino block-printing technique with hand-thrown, stoneware, our collections tell stories rooted in nature, family and memory. Tactile yet functional, our timeless tableware and lifestyle accessories work well as separates or in harmony as a set.

Wanderlust

An ode to nature and escapism, Wanderlust was founder Katie’s first collection and in it, you see the organic, harmonious relationship between printmaking and pottery. The design is an exploration in mark-making, combining sweeping gauges with barely-there cuts to evoke the peaks and troughs of the rolling South Downs.

Geoffrey

This collection is founder Katie’s homage to her great uncle, whose graphic artwork was only discovered by his family after his passing. A free-flowing take on Geoffrey’s hand-painted fabric illustrations, the design is comforting in its repetition and has a textural, woven appearance that pleases both eye and hand.

Wild Oat

As joyful as wild grasses dancing in the summer breeze, Wild Oat takes its cue from founder Katie’s mother, an environmental scientist who studied these plants, along with the botanical motifs of 19th-century artist William Morris. It’s an incredibly tactile design; trace your fingers along the lines and you can almost feel the oats swaying.

Dreaming of Tulips

This bold, breath-of-fresh-air print was dreamed up at the start of lockdown, marrying our longing to be outside among springtime blooms with a sense of optimism. The large-scale pattern makes for unique pieces; depending on how the clay is cut, the curvaceous leaves and petals take on an almost abstract appearance.
